Even with the advancements of modern life, we still face numerous challenges daily in protecting the environment, industry, economy, and society. One of the most effective ways to address these challenges is through scientific research. The primary goal of all universities, including NUIST, is the production of high-quality scientific research.
To this day, publication remains the standard measure of scientific achievement. Publishing scientific papers is the pinnacle of academic research and a lasting means of leaving an intellectual legacy. A Master’s or PhD student's journey provides a valuable opportunity to practice and understand the rigorous work required to publish research findings. However, many research Master's and PhD students encounter challenges when their supervisors request that they produce conference or journal articles. This is why the proposed workshop is essential. The course can be delivered in either an online or physical classroom setting.
The program outline entails:
o Metric of journals
