Having competed through high school and college and representing my school at national games, I’ve had the opportunity to develop both as an athlete and a mentor. My background includes assisting with training sessions throughout my athletic career, which has helped shape my coaching style.

I believe in using your strengths but always working to develop your weaknesses. It’s important to push your limits, but balance is key, and I encourage athletes to listen to their bodies as they strive for improvement.

Last year, despite being less involved than I would have liked, I contributed to the success of our field event athletes, who went on to win several medals. I’m passionate about helping others realize their potential and guiding them toward the next level in their performance.
