Recap on the 26th Academic Rainbow Forum (Business)

On March 8, 2024, the Academic Affairs Department successfully organized the 26th Academic Rainbow Forum for Business. This forum, held in collaboration with the College of International Education (CIE) of NUIST, provides a valuable platform for scholars and young academic researchers to exchange ideas. The event featured five presenters from the business and economy departments, who showcased their research findings.

Amal Elattari assumed the role of the event's host and delivered the welcoming address, while Mr. Frank, the coordinator, expressed gratitude and extended a warm welcome to the distinguished professors and judges. The panel of judges, including Prof. Tang Decai and Prof. Zai Wu Gong, contributed scholarly depth to the event. Each presenter presented distinctive and innovative research, thereby enhancing the depth of discussions and insights exchanged during the forum.

The proceedings commenced promptly at 3:00 pm, wherein the Master of Ceremonies (MC) initiated the event with introductory remarks, extending a warm welcome to all attendees, and delineating the agenda for the forum.

Islam Shajedul

The Professors engaged in a question and answer session with Islam Shajedul regarding his research, seeking clarification and providing insights into potential applications of his findings.

Valentina Boamah

Valentina Boamah presents her research on the impact of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) inflows into African countries on their CO2 emission levels, shedding light on the relationship between foreign investment and environmental sustainability in the African context.

Najwa Sahel

Numekevor Anthony Mawuena

Yasser Faska

The event ended with a vote of thanks and a closing remark given by AAD's President, Goma Tshivetta Christian F. J. He thanked the panel of judges and the presenters for their valuable contributions to the field of Business and economy. A group photograph followed the session.
