In the afternoon of September 26, the opening Ceremony for 2017-2019 Master of Meteorology Degree Program of the Ministry of Commerce was held in the Training Building Report Hall C101. Dr. Xu Kai, director of Foreign Aid Training Liaison Office of Academy for International Business Officials (AIBO), MOFCOM, Prof. LI Beiqun, president of Nanjing University of Information, Science and Technology, and other authorities from departments and colleges of NUIST attended the ceremony.
